A Simple Trick to Take Into Account and Treat Erectile Dysfunction

2 Mins read
While there’s no single answer to erectile dysfunction, it’s important to take into account a number of factors that can have an impact on your sexual health. A healthy diet, exercise and stress management are all essential to maintain a strong erection. However, a simple trick that doesn’t get as much attention is nasal breathing.

1. Eat a healthy diet

Eating the right foods can help you get and maintain a healthy erection. But it’s important to know that it won’t cure your ED, and if you have any other health issues, it may not improve your erectile dysfunction. Other ED Medicine Like: Vidalista 2.5 medicine Vidalista Professional medicine Obesity and excess fat around the waist increase your risk of developing ED, but a healthier diet and regular exercise can help you lose weight and lower your risk. Losing weight also helps you improve your testosterone levels, which are important for sexual performance. Research suggests that a diet rich in flavonoids – naturally occurring plant chemicals with antioxidant effects – can reduce the risk of developing ED. Foods based on cocoa such as dark chocolate are rich in these compounds.

2. Exercise regularly

If you’re struggling with Erectile Dysfunction, adding exercise to your routine is one of the best ways to treat it. It helps improve overall health and may also help you feel more confident when it comes to sex. Exercises, especially ones that strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, can reverse erectile dysfunction in most people who practice them regularly. They’re called Kegels and work by putting pressure on the veins in the penis, which prevents blood from leaving them, making it possible for an erection to form. The amount of exercise required to improve erectile function is not known, but it has been shown that 40 minutes of moderate aerobic activity four times per week and six months of muscle strengthening activities significantly improves sexual dysfunction in men who have cardiovascular risk factors. This is an important finding because vascular ED is the most common form of ED and is closely linked to many cardiovascular risk factors, including obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

3. Quit smoking

If you smoke, there is a good chance that you are also suffering from erectile dysfunction. This is because cigarette smoking narrows the blood vessels that supply your penis with the necessary blood flow. Smoking is bad for your health and can lead to a host of other health problems, such as cancers of the head and neck, esophagus, and pancreas. It can also damage your sperm and cause other fertility problems. Fortunately, studies have shown that quitting smoking can improve erectile function in smokers. Usually, your ED will start to improve within 2-12 weeks after you stop smoking. However, the results may take longer for men over 50 and those with severe vascular damage.

4. Talk to your partner

If your partner is struggling with erectile dysfunction, it is important to talk about what is going on. This can be a daunting topic to discuss, but with the right guidance, you can find a solution that will improve his quality of life and help him maintain an erection. ED can be caused by various factors including unhealthy lifestyles and health conditions, such as high blood pressure (hypertension), heart disease or diabetes. If your partner has any of these, it is important to work together to change his habits and get him on a healthy diet. You may need to refer your partner to a urologist (like a gynecologist for the penis, testes and prostate), or encourage him to make an appointment with his healthcare provider. These appointments are a chance for your partner to identify the underlying causes of his ED and seek solutions. It can also be an opportunity to talk about the emotional aspects of ED. Which can often be hidden or overlooked.
